Hop-Trio Triple IPA
Rating:
What did you think of it? Never Tried ItHop-Trio (f.k.a. Hoparillo) pours a clear, golden amber color. It has a thick, foamy white head with good lacing. Tropical fruit notes provide a very robust aroma. The tropical fruit continues in the taste with pineapple, mango, guava, and passion fruit. There's some citrus as well, and everything is very sticky and juicy. Bready malt flavor for balance, but this is hop dominant. The finish has a honey sweetness, very smooth and lingering, but not at all bitter. Drinkability is key with this category and you can taste the 11.1%, but this is extremely drinkable compared to other Triple IPAs. Full of flavor and highly rated!
