Silver Lake Saison
Rating:
What did you think of it? Never Tried It
Pours a golden straw color, very light haze. Big, frothy white head. Long lasting head with lots of tiny carbonation bubbles in the beer. Aroma is slightly funky with some grain and yeast. Taste is similar, with both a fruity and spicy nature. Grassy and earthy hop flavors, and a bit of citrus. You can definitely detect the pilsner and wheat malts. Light bodied but not lacking in flavor. Mouthfeel is dry with lots of carbonation. Crisp and refreshing with a dry finish. Overall, a solid Saison!

I just noticed the date is 2017. Are all these reviews from years ago?dheliker Oct 21, 2021 at 4:19PM
Hi Mike, no, we try to do new ones as much as possible. But sometimes we have to run repeats. Eventually I’d like to build up enough contributors so that we have new beers every day. Thanks for commenting! I’ll read this on the next podcast, I’m sure it’s a question a lot of people have.Leave a Comment:
