Monkish Brewing Co. - Beer of the Day - Beer of the Day.

Monkish is a brewery located in Torrance, CA. They tend to brew "Belgian-ish" beers served by a friendly staff. The tasting room is cozy but a lot of people seem to fit comfortably in a small space. Overall this is one of the better breweries in the greater L.A. area and well worth a visit. Recently they've been making some superb hazy IPAs that are getting a lot of attention (and long lines) on release days.
