Petite Sour Raspberry
Rating:
What did you think of it? Never Tried It
Petite Sour Raspberry pours a bright pink/red color. It has a lot of fine bubbles and the cream pink head dissipates quickly. It is similar to Faygo Red Pop in the glass. There are strong notes of raspberry from the first smell as well as hints of green apple. The sour really comes through on the nose. It is also quite sour on the taste, enough to make your cheeks pucker. Not unpleasant, but does leave a slight aftertaste on the back of the throat. The raspberry really shines through and is not overpowered by the sourness. 30 minutes into this beer and there are still micro bubbles being released. This is definitely a bottle to be shared with friends.
