Ladyface IPA
Rating:
What did you think of it? Never Tried It
This IPA pours a pale amber color, predominantly clear, with lots of active carbonation bubbles ascending from the bottom of the glass. Two fingers of off-white, foamy head with a good amount of lacing. Bright, hoppy aroma with lots of pine and berry flavors. On the taste, we find a smooth hoppy flavor, some berry, citrus, and pine, and all part of a medium bitterness that is well suited for a West Coast style IPA. Malts are muted, but they do have a supportive bready feel. Medium bodied with a slick mouthfeel. The finish has a continuation of the grapefruit-like bitterness and overall, this is a fantastic IPA that we really enjoyed.
