Jai Alai
Rating:
What did you think of it? Never Tried It
Jai Alai pours a copper color with a lot of bright, white head. The aroma is somewhat reserved but there is enough dank, floral hop aroma to know it's an IPA. On the taste there is a good balance between sweet caramel malts and fresh tropical hops. The hops are present in the beginning, then fade out to leave you with the bread malt sweetness in the aftertaste.

Very impressed with the Cigar City beers. I'm hoping to get down to Florida to try some of these on tap!mackleminor Feb 29, 2016 at 12:15PM
Tried this on tap at Cigar City and liked it. I'm generally not an IPA enthusiast but this has enough malty sweetness that I'll forgive it for being an IPA. It's a good way to enter into the world of hoppy beers if they aren't usually your bag.Leave a Comment:
