Two Seam IPA
Rating:
What did you think of it? Never Tried It
Baseball is here! Two Seam pours a pale amber color that is slightly cloudy and non-transparent. Fittingly, two fingers of long lasting, white fluffy head. Intensely aromatic on the nose, with a flood of tropical fruit. The taste is similarly hoppy, with tropical fruit, berry, and citrus. We also get some caramel malt flavors, creating a smooth, butterscotch sweetness. The flavors are pretty bold all around, and the 6.5% surprises us as we would have guessed it was more like 7.5%. Medium to full body, with smooth carbonation and a chewy mouthfeel. Long and smooth in the finish, with a big hoppy aftertaste.
