Point Conception IPA
Rating:
What did you think of it? Never Tried It

Pours a beautiful, mostly transparent golden color, with two fingers of white foamy head. Lots of lacing on the glass. Strong hoppy aroma that smells fresh and bright. This continues into the taste, with big hop flavors of citrus and pine. The hop flavors are so good, it tastes a lot like a wet or fresh hopped beer. This was straight from the brewery and super fresh, which definitely helps. Malts are dry and bready, providing good support for all the hop flavors. West Coast style, but lighter than average on the bitterness. Medium body and nicely carbonated. Super smooth, refreshing, and flavorful from start to finish. Certainly, one of the best beers we’ve had from Fig Mountain.
