In a world of quantity over qualiry Brador is sadly now a dinosaur. It is a beer made of suffucuent quantity of malt to leave some sweetness to it, as opposed to the kitchen sink varieties which are dilluted to no end and covered up by added hops ( these others imho should not be called beers but hops water).
If hops are your pasion then probably this is not your beer, however if you prefer the taste of old fashioned then this could fit the bill.
Never mind the higher Alcool level, it is the result of more malt in production, hence the end quality and darker colour.
Sadly, and cause for lament, this type of beer is going out of style and hard to find.
