What did you think of it? Never Tried It
Batch #5, bottled July 2020. This Farmhouse Saison pours a golden straw color that is non-transparent, with a constant flow of bubbles from the bottom of the glass. Large, foamy, white head leaves a web of lacing on the glass. Aroma of fruit, hay, and plenty of that farmhouse funk. The taste has fruit flavors of pineapple, peach, and lemon, along with some grainy, cereal-like malt. Mild wood or barrel-aged notes, and just bit of tartness but nothing near sour. The mouthfeel is warm and effervescent, well carbonated. Long and smooth in the finish, this is one where you really savor each sip.
